Master Task Library

The master task library contains the full IPO task template. Loading tasks will create the Workstream → Exec_Project → Topic hierarchy and populate the Master_Task_List table in Airtable.

Current library size: 15 tasks  |  2 workstreams

Task Template Source

Tasks are loaded from seed_tasks.json (development) or master_task_template.json (production).

  • Each task has a unique Task UID (e.g., GOV-BOARD-IND-001)
  • Tasks are organized into Workstream → Project → Topic hierarchy
  • Mapping triggers define diagnostic conditions for inclusion
  • Load operation is idempotent — duplicates are skipped
